I received my BA from Duke University in Psychology and my Master in English from East Carolina University. I have tutored writing and English for several years. Currently, I'm the Director of Career Services at a local technical school. I help prepare students for employment via resumes, cover letters, interview skills, negotiation skills, etc. I'd love to use my talents and expertise to help your students succeed!
Experience
University Writing Center tutor for 1.5 years. Have taught 2.5 years freshman composition. I have also taught study skills for about 2 years. I worked in a research library for about 2 years. I love teaching and helping people realize their dreams. Tutoring allows for both of those at once.
